Client Portal 101: Everything You Need to Know

At The Blue Hound, we use our client portal to make managing your dog's reservations, paperwork, and communication easier than ever. Whether you're booking daycare, boarding, or grooming, your portal is your one-stop location for everything related to your pet's care.

How to Access the Client Portal
Getting started is easy.

1. Visit LongviewBlueHound.com
2. Click "Log In" at the top of the page.
3. Enter your email address and password.
4. Access your account from any computer, tablet, or smartphone.

If you've never logged in before or need help accessing your account, send us a text and we'll be happy to assist.

Why Should I Use the Portal?
Your portal gives you access to important information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without needing to contact staff. It allows you to:

• View upcoming reservations
• Check appointment times
• Read messages from The Blue Hound
• Complete intake forms
• Access shared documents
• Receive appointment reminders
• Keep your information up to date

The client portal is designed specifically for clients to access bookings, messages, documents, forms, and other account information in one secure location.

My Bookings
The Bookings section allows you to view your upcoming reservations.
Before arriving, we recommend logging in and verifying:

• Appointment date
• Appointment time
• Service booked
• Pet assigned to the reservation

This is the quickest way to confirm your reservation details.

Messages
Need to review a previous conversation or appointment reminder?
The Messages section stores communications sent through our system, including:

• Appointment reminders
• Booking confirmations
• Important updates
• Announcements from The Blue Hound

Our system will also automatically sends notifications such as confirmations and reminders through email and SMS.

Documents
The Documents section contains files that have been shared with you.
Depending on your services, this may include:

• Welcome packets
• Policies
• Care information
• Other important documents

Having these available online means you can access them whenever you need them.

Intake Forms
The Intake Forms section contains any forms that require completion before your reservation.
Please review and complete any outstanding forms as soon as possible. This helps our team prepare for your dog's visit and ensures we have the most current information regarding:

• Emergency contacts
• Vaccination information
• Medical concerns
• Feeding instructions
• Special requests

Appointment Reminders
Don't forget—appointment reminders are automatically sent by email and/or text message before your scheduled visit. You can also verify your reservation directly within the portal at any time.
